I'm John and I started bbqing at a young age, learning from whomever was doing the grilling. My first bbq was a little 15.00 hibachi, from there moved up to a kettle and a gas grill, until about 3 years ago I took it to another level as a passion & hobby and started to learn as many different ways to grill, smoke and everything else you can do on outdoor grills/smokers. I have been cooking not only outdoors but inside my home as well. Ive learned how to cook just about anything, all self taught, mostly by recipe testing or from reading books and doing research,. Someday I hope I can take my culinary experience and start my own little bbq/sandwich shop or food truck.
