Hand harvested sea salt from the coastline of the historic Mani region in Greece. This area is scarcely populated and largely isolated resulting in some of the most pristine waters in the Mediterranean. Its notoriously rocky coastline gives these coastal waters a high mineral complexity. These factors, along with natural sun dried extraction, results in some of the purest sea salt around.
