Creator Bio:
Born and raised in east Los Angeles. Foreman for a union sheet metal shop. I cook for my wife & teenage son. Started cooking at a very young age.
Got inspired to cook watching my grandfather, dad & uncles do all the cooking at family parties. I love trying out new recipes. I enjoy barbecuing, grilling, creating fresh seafood dishes & keeping my Mexican food culture alive.
